These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the opk365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using opk365, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and opk365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the opk365 website located at https://opk365.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and any other products or features made available through the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on opk365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
opk365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
4.1Registration: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you, whether or not you authorised that activity.
4.3Suspected unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify opk365 support immediately. opk365 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
4.4Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms. opk365 may close an Account at its discretion where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
5.1Mandatory verification: All Users are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. opk365 may also require KYC completion at any earlier stage, including during registration or at the time of a specific transaction.
5.2Required documents: KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a valid CNIC or passport), proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, where relevant, proof of source of funds.
5.3Processing: opk365 will endeavour to process KYC submissions promptly. The Platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Delays in verification caused by the User providing insufficient or illegible documentation are the User's responsibility.
5.4AML compliance: opk365 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable law. Unusually large or frequent transactions may trigger enhanced due diligence. The Platform reserves the right to freeze an Account pending AML review without prior notice where required by law or regulation.
6.1Deposit responsibility: It is the User's responsibility to verify which payment methods are available in their Account cashier at the time of deposit. opk365 makes reference to familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as general context for Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute a guarantee of availability, and no payment provider listed endorses or is affiliated with opk365.
6.2Own funds only: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or payment methods not registered to the Account holder are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
6.3Minimum deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All amounts are shown in PKR where applicable.
6.4Processing: opk365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or conversion charges. Processing times vary by method; instant payment services typically reflect funds immediately, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. opk365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.5Provider terms: Users must comply with their payment provider's terms of use when depositing. opk365 accepts no liability for transactions refused or reversed by payment providers, or for any provider fees incurred by the User.
7.1Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Accounts subject to active investigation, pending bonus wagering requirements or any security review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended.
7.2Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to the payment method's withdrawal capability and applicable limits. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at opk365's discretion following satisfactory KYC.
7.3Processing windows: Withdrawal processing times are provided as operator targets. Standard processing is targeted within the timeframes displayed in the cashier but may vary during peak periods, bank holidays or where additional verification is required. opk365 is not liable for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.
7.4Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
7.5Withholding: opk365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, AML review, or where there is evidence of breach of these Terms.
8.1Acceptance of bets: All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and any applicable sport-specific or event-specific rules published on the Platform. opk365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
8.2Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation reference number from the Platform. Do not assume a bet has been placed until confirmation is received. Incomplete or disconnected sessions may result in bets not being registered.
8.3Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applicable to that bet. opk365 displays odds in decimal, fractional and American formats where available.
8.4Erroneous odds: opk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were offered in error, due to technical fault, human error, or manifest discrepancy from prevailing market prices. Where possible, Users will be notified of voided bets and stakes will be returned.
8.5Void bets: Bets may be declared void in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, incorrect event information, or determination that the event's integrity has been compromised.
8.6In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to additional rules outlined in the Platform's live betting section. opk365 is not responsible for any delays between live event action and the data feed reflected in in-play markets. Users accept this risk when placing in-play bets.
9.1Game rules: Each casino game is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the User's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering. opk365 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's misunderstanding of game mechanics.
9.2Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any staked funds returned at opk365's discretion. Game history logs maintained by the Platform shall be the authoritative record.
9.3Return to Player (RTP): Where RTP information is provided for a game, it reflects the game provider's published theoretical return percentage over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP does not guarantee any individual session outcome.
9.4Live dealer games: Live dealer games are subject to additional rules and are streamed in real time. opk365 is not responsible for stream quality issues caused by the User's device or internet connection.
10.1Eligibility: All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. opk365 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where an active bonus is affected.
10.2Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and time limits are published in each promotion's specific terms.
10.3One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of one or more bonuses at opk365's discretion.
10.4Abuse: opk365 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of third-party tools to manipulate bonus conditions, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, all associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited and the Account suspended.
10.5Illustrative figures: Bonus amounts, cashback percentages and tier thresholds described in marketing materials are illustrative examples only. Actual values are those published in the currently active promotion terms at the time of the User's participation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the opk365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

13.1 All content on the opk365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design of the Platform, is the property of opk365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from opk365.
13.3 Third-party trademarks, game titles, sports league names and payment provider logos referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with opk365.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
14.2 opk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.3 opk365 shall not be liable for losses resulting from: force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or government action); failure of the internet or telecommunications infrastructure; actions of third-party payment providers; or any regulatory or governmental action restricting access to the Platform.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude opk365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opk365 holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available in the Platform's licensing information section.
15.2 opk365 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim to be regulated by, endorsed by, or operating under the authority of the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal Pakistani authority.
15.3 Pakistani users acknowledge that gambling restrictions exist under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. opk365 does not provide legal advice. 15.4 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to opk365's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
16.1 opk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, opk365 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.
16.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
16.3 Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
